Sir thank you very much for this lecture. I am practicing my listening skills for alternative learning and it proved effective listening to your video, very easy to understand, not much legal overtone and somewhat coming from a common person (forgive my rudeness Atty) For a student who basically rely on learnings from reading, I feel it so hard to learn but had a theory that if I somewhat connect with the reality of applying the law into use, it would be much easier, and it actually worked, so most of your videos I have downloaded and became my bullets if I don't have much time to read (part time student po kasi ako sir) Again thank you more power!

DO you have anything on private sales.. as to what laws/conditions/legal fence thereof for private sales where it does not involve a public agency nor a receipt/contract and public discretion. In such example Germany has laws specific to private or individual sale, like collection, antiques to private individuals as opposed to a public sale as like a store which is issued regulations and licenses. As such private individuals are allowed to sell items provided they are not contraband nor considered as public threat.. Do you have any laws on those, or does it fall under an umbrella law?

Bumili po ako ng bagong refrigerator 2weeks lang po nag malfunction na po.Tumawag ako sa seller sabi 1week lang ung replacement,servicing lang ang kaya nila ibigay sabi ko di po reasonable kasi 2weeks lang po sira na kni claim ko po ang implied warranty di daw nila problema un nang hihinayang ako sa pera na pinambili ko parang di fair tapos ung servicing 2 weeks pa po bago ma repair ginagamit po kasi namin yong ref sa tindahan.Ano po ang dapat kung gawin atty.
